★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou cliente sempre fui bem atendido só tem um probleminha referente a entrega deveria colocar mais serviço de entrega porque temos que esperar somente no dia seguinte após as 13:horas .

A Farmácia estava vazia e as atendentes ficaram uma empurrando para a outra para me atenderem.
Inicialmente me passaram o valor do medicamento muito acima das outras, estranhei e perguntei se esse valor já era com desconto e riram. Perguntaram se eu já tinha outro orçamento e cobriram, mas só depois de passar o valor muito mais caro.

The Pharmacy was empty and the attendants were pushing each other to answer me.
Initially I was given the value of the medicine much above the others, I was surprised and asked if this value was already discounted and they laughed. They asked if I already had another budget and covered it, but only after passing the much more expensive amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa foi comprar um medicamento de R$ 10.00 com uma cédula de R$ 50.00 e não tinham troco. E não fizeram nenhum esforço para trocar. Lamentável, como um comércio que tem alta rotatividade não tem um fundo de caixa para troco.?
My wife went to buy a R$10.00 drug with a R$50.00 bill and they had no change. And they made no effort to change. It is unfortunate, as a trade that has high turnover does not have a cash fund for change.?

Já fui a esta farmácia 2 vezes e não conseguem prestar um atendimento efetivamente eficiente.
Na primeira vez tinha uma receita de Azitromicina 500MG para ser ministrada a cada 12hs por 5 dias me venderam uma caixa com 5 comprimidos, chegando em casa observei que estava errado, ( um absurdo o balconista não conseguir interpretar uma receita impressa).
Na 2º e ultima vez, não pretendo voltar lá, fui para comprar 2 medicamentos, aproveitei para comprar um suplemento que me interessou, a atendente antes mesmo de pedir autorização no meu convênio já disse que não poderia passar, informei a ela que se não autorizasse não levaria, sem prolmemas. Solicitada autorização, tudo aceito pelo plano e ao passar no caixa a atendente me cobrou 3,99, perguntei do que se tratava, a mesma não soube responder e chamou a colega que cancelou a compra e solicitou nova autorização, após continuaram cobrando o valor antes mencionado. Disse que não iria pagar visto que o plano autorizou toda a compra, a atendente então disse que se não pagasse ela não me entregaria os produtos que por sinal ja constavam baixados no app do plano.
Enfim, ela solicitou duas autorizações, cancelou apenas 1 e eu que fiquei com a pendencia pra correr atras e resolver.
LAMENTAVEL!!
Terrible attendance.
I've been to this pharmacy 2 times and they can't provide an effectively efficient service.
The first time I had a prescription for Azithromycin 500MG to be given every 12 hours for 5 days I was sold a box with 5 pills, when I got home I noticed that it was wrong (absurd that the clerk could not interpret a printed prescription).
On the 2nd and last time, I do not intend to go back there, I went to buy 2 medicines, I took the opportunity to buy a supplement that interested me, the attendant even before asking for authorization in my agreement already said that I could not pass, I informed her that if I did not authorize would not take, without promemas. Authorization requested, everything accepted by the plan and when I went to the cashier the attendant charged me 3.99, I asked what it was about, she did not know how to answer and called the colleague who canceled the purchase and requested a new authorization, after they continued charging the amount before mentioned. I said I wouldn't pay since the plan authorized the entire purchase, the attendant then said that if I didn't pay she wouldn't deliver the products that by the way were already downloaded in the plan app.
Anyway, she requested two authorizations, canceled only 1 and I was left with the pending to run behind and solve.
UNFORTUNATE!!
