★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo. Nunca fui atendida no horário marcado. Uma vez, em horário de almoço tive que aguardar 40m, até chegarem. Dia 22/03 agendaram e simplesmente não compareceram, perdi tempo de trabalho e dinheiro. Pedi reembolso do uber, e so depois de muita cobrança pagaram. Abri mão da última sessão, por não ter confiança.
Depois de tanta falta de profissionalismo ainda querem culpar o cliente pela falta de atendimento, resultado ou competência.
Ao inves de tentarem mostrar profissionalismo só pioram.
Não se deixem enganar por preços baixos, porque a raiva que vai passar na vale a pena. Espero que evoluam como profissionais.
Lembrando que as sessões eram a cada 3 semanas, e eu paguei por 6 sessões, logo é impossível o tratamento ser de 1 mês e meio.
Lack of professionalism. I was never seen at the scheduled time. Once, at lunchtime, I had to wait 40m, until they arrived. 03/22 scheduled and just did not attend, I lost time and money. I asked for a refund of the uber, and only after much collection they paid. I gave up the last session, because I didn't have confidence.
After so much lack of professionalism they still want to blame the customer for the lack of service, results or competence.
Instead of trying to show professionalism it only gets worse.
Do not be fooled by low prices, because the anger that will pass on is worth it. I hope they evolve as professionals.
Remembering that the sessions were every 3 weeks, and I paid for 6 sessions, so it is impossible for the treatment to be 1 and a half months.

Amazing! Thais is an excellent beautician, is a professional, responsible for performing aesthetic procedures, facials, body and ozone treatments that improve health and well-being. I clean the skin, I notice that it uses great products and high-tech equipment that give an excellent result, I also apply ozone that strengthens immunity. They are honest, competent and very caring. Excellent cost-benefit. It is worth it!

I performed a skin cleaning with Thais, an excellent professional, specialized, friendly and super polite. She is a thorough and caring professional. In my service, she used more natural products such as essential oils - which I love! - and which are very good for our health as a whole. (And not to mention the fair price). I hope to come back more often.
