★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diante de um momento diferenciado de nossa história, a Pandemia que ceifou muitas famílias, a formatura da minha filha nessa empresa se tornou um caos. Olhar diferenciado frente a esse problema de saúde mundial, não tiveram em nenhum momento. Durante um ano fiz várias tentativas para recuperar o dinheiro investido no sonho de minha filha, dinheiro que foi posto em mãos da empresa com antecedência, antes da Pandemia. Infelizmente não tiveram compaixão da minha família, em nenhum momento deram a nós um caminho para termos o valor devolvido, vender a mesa, nos ajudar a passar os convites, nada fizeram para tornar esse momento o menos dolorido possível, pois cadeiras ficariam vazias. Uma empresa tem a benção de Deus quando tem os seus clientes como seres humanos, seres da graça de Deus e não como culpados por essa grave Pandemia, na qual a desistência é fruto de algo muito maior e a ajuda é uma questão de empatia.
O nosso sentimento é de muita tristeza pela escolha da escola. Sejam criteriosos ao escolher.

 Faced with a different moment in our history, the Pandemic that claimed many families, my daughter's graduation from this company became chaos. They did not have a differentiated look at this global health problem at any time. For a year I made several attempts to recover the money invested in my daughter's dream, money that was put into the company's hands in advance, before the Pandemic. Unfortunately they didn't have compassion on my family, at no time did they give us a way to have the amount refunded, sell the table, help us pass the invitations, they did nothing to make this moment as painless as possible, as chairs would be empty. A company has God's blessing when its customers are human beings, beings of God's grace and not guilty of this serious pandemic, in which giving up is the result of something much greater and help is a matter of empathy.
Our feeling is of great sadness for the choice of school. Be judicious when choosing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Não recomendo. Formatura da minha filha foi adiada mais de 3X mesmo com flexibilização na pandemia. Nenhum dos serviços contratados foi cumprido. Somente os pais cumpriram com os pagamentos em dia, ao qual a empresa se recusa a devolver. Representante da empresa, nem se quer responde mais.
Entrei em contato conforme resposta a baixo, empresa lesa que cumpriu com os pagamentos cobrando multa abusiva de 80% para devolução de valores. Entrarei com processo. Péssima empresa!!!! Fujam!! Jamais façam negócio!!!
Bad company! I do not recommend. My daughter's graduation was postponed more than 3X even with flexibility in the pandemic. None of the contracted services were performed. Only the parents complied with the payments on time, which the company refuses to refund. Company representative, don't even want to answer anymore.
I got in touch as per the answer below, a wrongful company that complied with the payments charging an abusive fine of 80% for the return of values. I will file a lawsuit. Bad company!!!! run away!! Never do business!!!

A festa da minha turma está se aproximando e fiquei bastante contente com a resposta e empenho da equipe em entregar o melhor para nós. Mesmo com todas as dificuldades da pandemia, queda do número de alunos ativos, a promover esta fazendo o possivel para garantir uma festa incrível a todos. Estamos bem ansiosos para dia 16, e gostaria de agradecer em especial a Vania pela atenção com a nossa turma.
My experience with promoting has been very positive. My class party is approaching and I was very happy with the response and commitment of the team to deliver the best for us. Even with all the difficulties of the pandemic, the drop in the number of active students, promoting is doing everything possible to ensure an amazing party for everyone. De formatura, apesar de poder se adequar ao público que se manteve aderido, ela está mantendo muitas coisas boas, cardápio oferecido está sensacional, assim como o local a banda, a colação de grau festiva.
Estamos ansiosos e curiosos para estes dois grandes dias, que venham as festividades,.
Obrigada pelo carinho da parceria e empenho, obrigada Promover por manter e promover os nossos sonhos.

Não foi um baile de formatura legal.
Comida ruim! Muito ruim!
Fizeram umas coisinhas lá pra enganar os olhos.
1 único bar pequeno para servir somente uma única bebida por vez / por pessoa filas enormesssss! (Olha feio!)
Doces ruins também !
Não tinha tanta coisa que estava no contrato em que eu assinei.
Som péssimo !
DJ mais ou menos.
Olha eu pensei ( já paguei esse negócio né vou pelo menos beber água aqui e dançar)

Sucos ouro açúcar.
Não recomendo essa empresa.
Investi MUITO caro pra esse retorno.

It wasn't a nice prom.
Bad food! Too bad!
They did a few things there to fool the eyes.
1 single small bar serving only one drink at a time / per person huge queues! (Look ugly!)
Bad sweets too!
There wasn't so much that was in the contract I signed.
I sound bad!

Look, I thought (I already paid for this thing, I'm going to at least drink water here and dance)
hot beers
Gold Sugar Juices.
I do not recommend this company.
I invested VERY expensive for this return.
Very small and simple.
And they even said it was due to withdrawal.
But what do we have to do with it? My commitment was carried out to the end.
