★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda nem testei a impressora, mas já estou indignado com o atendimento. Primeiro que o serviço fica pronto e eles sequer te enviam um e-mail informando!!!
Depois você liga antes procurando saber se a impressora está pronta e eles mandam você ir buscar, mas sequer verificam se o produto já foi retirado por outra pessoa autorizada!
Está achando pouco?! eles não dão baixa na nota e deixam de informar que o produto já foi retirado!!
No meu caso, ainda mantive contato 30 minutos antes de chegar no estabelecimento, eles confirmaram que poderia buscar a impressora e quando cheguei lá ficaram batendo cabeça sem saber aonde estava o produto!!!
Descontrole total! O pior de tudo é que sequer se desculparam!!! Passem longe desta empresa!!!!!
Péssimo atendimento!!!
Agora vou testar o produto e verificar!
 I haven't even tested the printer yet, but I'm already outraged by the service. First the service is ready and they don't even send you an email informing you !!!
Then you call first to find out if the printer is ready and they tell you to pick it up, but they don't even check to see if the product has already been removed by another authorized person!
Finding little ?! they do not give the grade and fail to inform that the product has already been withdrawn !!
In my case, I still had contact 30 minutes before arriving at the establishment, they confirmed that I could get the printer and when I got there they were headbanging without knowing where the product was !!!
Total out of control! Worst of all is that they even apologized !!! Pass away from this company !!!!!
Terrible attendance!!!
Now I will test the product and check!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem telefone, não atendem bem pessoalmente, os orçamentos que fizeram para consertar minhas impressoras (com menos de 1 ano de uso) era o mesmo preço de comprarem uma nova.
They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer well in person, the quotes they made to repair my printers (less than 1 year old) was the same price as buying a new one.
