Great structure the doctors are left the technicians are looking for the doctors in the hospital. Terrible attendance.

Very good service, wonderful structure, just missing a little the organization of the service, you can go through 3 different waiting rooms.

dois comprimidos um se chama budecort e o outro prednisona de 10 nao existe no posto e para vender bouchet. Vomitei 3 vezes sendo uma secreçao e outra comida muita febre e ate sangrou o nariz lado esquwrdo e secreçao sangue pela garganta lembrando do sangramento dos labios fui diagnosticada com sinusite aguda.tinha sido totalmente sim curada mas por motivos perpendiculares ou seja forca maior voltou mss meu cristo me livrara cuidara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instalações são muito boas , muita burocracia e atendimento lento. Tomo injeção para reposição da B12 todo mês, e a demora e desorganização do ambulatório é constante. Deveriam ter menos profissional e mais preparados.
The facilities are very good, a lot of bureaucracy and slow service. I have an injection to replace B12 every month, and the delay and disorganization of the clinic is constant. They should be less professional and more prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era bom no outro local , mas mudaram para aqui é estão cobrando estacionamento 5 reais por hora , tem 15 minutos de tolerância , imagine se com 15 minutos vc será atendido , acho um desrespeito , vc pagar pelo plano e quando vc vai no hospital da Unimed e vc tem que pagar pelo estacionamento . Imagine se o paciente tiver que ficar internado ou em observação , e vc ficar 5 horas para ser liberado ,25,00 reais de estacionamento .
It was good in the other place, but they moved here and they are charging parking for 5 reais per hour, there is a 15 minute tolerance, imagine if with 15 minutes you will be attended, I think it is disrespectful, you pay for the plan and when you go to the Unimed hospital and you have to pay for parking. Imagine if the patient has to be hospitalized or observation, and you get five hours to be released, parking 25.00 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom com a rapidez dentro do possível. O diagnostico foi de imediato. O local do Pronto Atendimento e perto do shopping e de fácil acesso porém deixou a desejar o valor do estacionamento que a meu ver ficou acima da média da cidade. Mas nos quesitos mais importantes não deixa nada a desejar. Local muito limpo e aciado com capacidade para muitos pacientes. Gostei muito por isto dei nota máxima.
Very good service as quickly as possible. The diagnosis was immediate. The location of the Emergency Service is close to the shopping center and easily accessible, however, the value of parking, which in my view was above the average for the city, was lacking. But in the most important aspects it leaves nothing to be desired. Very clean and airy place with capacity for many patients. I really liked it for this I gave it full marks.
