★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi marcada uma consulta pra nossa filha 9:30. Antes de sairmos de casa, ligamos pra secretária e a mesma falou que estava um pouco atrasado o atendimento e que poderíamos chegar 10:10. Assim fizemos, chegamos lá 10:10 e mesmo assim não fomos atendidos. 11:10 ainda não tínhamos sido atendidos e quando fomos falar com a secretária, a mesma falou que a culpa é do Dr. Fabiano e que tínhamos que falar com ele, pois ele fica batendo papo com os clientes no consultório. Achei uma falta de respeito da secretária de do Dr. Fabiano, pois a consulta estava marcada há mais de 20 dias e mesmo assim não conseguimos o nosso objetivo, que era consultar a nossa filha. Muito triste o acontecido.
An appointment was made for our daughter 9:30. Before we left the house, we called the secretary and she said that the service was a little late and that we could arrive at 10:10. So we did, we got there at 10:10 and even then we were not attended. 11:10 we had not yet been attended to and when we went to speak to the secretary, she said that it is Dr. Fabiano's fault and that we had to speak to him, as he keeps chatting with clients in the office. I found a lack of respect from Dr. Fabiano's secretary, as the appointment had been scheduled for more than 20 days and we still did not achieve our goal, which was to consult our daughter. Very sad what happened.
