★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse, daria zero! Zero no atendimento, funcionários mal educados, grosseiros. Zero pra empresa que não cumpriu com o prazo de entrega, estou há 12 dias ÚTEIS aguardando a chegada dos materiais que solicitei. A empresa não se mostra preocupada em resolver o problema, não deu garantia de data da entrega até agora, nem de instalação. Paguei pelo produto e não recebi nada!! Referem que o pedido não está pronto, mesmo com 12 dias de atraso! Total falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente. Quando vc entra em contato com os telefones, ninguém atende e quando atende, são mal educados. Não recomendo, é dor de cabeça na certa!!
 If I could, I would give zero! Zero in attendance, rude, rude employees. Zero for the company that did not meet the delivery deadline, I have been 12 BUSINESS days waiting for the arrival of the materials I requested. The company is not concerned with solving the problem, has not guaranteed the date of delivery so far, nor the installation. I paid for the product and received nothing !! They state that the order is not ready, even 12 days late! Total lack of respect and consideration for the customer. When you get in touch with the phones, nobody answers and when you answer, they are rude. I don't recommend it, it's a headache for sure !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito satisfeito mais uma vez com o trabalho da Pronto Box, comprei portões e janelas para minha residencia e os produtos são de excelente qualidade, instalados por profissionais capacitados, atenciosos, sem falar na segurança e na garantia. Poderia ter comprado em qualquer lugar pois hoje em dia existem muito ´´curiosos´´ querendo ganhar só mais um trocado, mas preferi comprar de uma empresa seria que me oferece uma segurança extra e uma qualidade excepcional. agradeço a toda equipe
I was very satisfied once again with the work of Pronto Box, I bought gates and windows for my residence and the products are of excellent quality, installed by trained, attentive professionals, not to mention safety and warranty. I could have bought it anywhere because nowadays there are very ´´curious´´ wanting to earn just one more change, but I preferred to buy from a company that would offer me extra security and exceptional quality. thank the whole team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São cordiais no atendimento mas pecam em comprir prazos e a qualidade de acabamento deixa a desejar. Fizeram avaria na pintura recém feita. Uma vez pago você precisa ficar cobrando o serviço senão eles esquecem ou nao dão satisfação.
They are cordial in the service but they do not have to buy deadlines and the quality of finishing leaves to be desired. They did breakdown on freshly made paint. Once paid you need to stay charging the service otherwise they forget or do not give satisfaction.

Os profissionais realmente sao profissionais nao amadores, conhecem muito bem do produto e sao muito cordiais e pontuais. I have never been as well served by window manufacturers as I was at this company. The professionals are really non-amateur professionals, they know the product very well and are very friendly and punctual. Of all the investments I made in my construction, with them it was a value that was really worth it, for the punctuality, warmth and perfection of the frames. The pieces are perfect, very well finished and of impeccable quality. Worth every penny !! Thank you very much to everyone who makes the Pronto Box.
