★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje ao PS, por conta de um canal e o dente já está aberto há meses. Fui atendida pela Dra. Mariana Zuiani.
Pensa numa dentista humana, paciente e competente.
Se metade dos dentistas que eu já passei fossem que nem ela, eu não teria metade dos problemas que tenho hoje nos meus dentes.
O procedimento foi dolorido, pois estava muito inflamado mesmo, mas a Dra. sempre tentando me acalmar e me informando de tudo o que ela ia fazer e se ia doer ou não.
Foi a primeira vez que fui a esse PS e fico muito grata pelo ótimo atendimento desde a recepção até o procedimento.
I went to the PS today, on account of a canal and the tooth has been open for months. I was attended by Dr. Mariana Zuiani.
Think of a human dentist, patient and competent.
If half of the dentists I've been to were like her, I wouldn't have half the problems I have with my teeth today.
The procedure was painful, because it was really inflamed, but Dr. always trying to calm me down and informing me of everything she was going to do and whether it was going to hurt or not.
It was the first time I went to this ER and I am very grateful for the excellent service from reception to the procedure.

I arrived with my young daughter dying of pain due to poorly performed procedures previously in another clinic, the guy at the reception is very polite and attentive, he tells me everything right.
The Dr is also amazing, super attentive, friendly fast, formidable.
Thank you very much, my daughter is getting better.

Não respondem whatsapp, desligam o telefone para não atenderem ao cliente... Cliente esse, que paga o salário de vocês. Toda essa divulgação em rede social para contato telefônico é enganosa! Péssimo, não recomendo é perca de tempo!! Reclamação efetuada em central de atendimento do meu plano odontológico também!! Precisei de informações quanto a cobertura do meu plano, devido emergência para minha filha, mas todo o meu relato explica o motivo de FALTA DE COMPETÊNCIA E EXCELÊNCIA NO ATENDIMENTO, CUJO VOCÊS NÃO PRATICAM, TAMPOUCO CONHECEM. **Poderia existir a função de avaliar sem dar sequer uma estrela, afinal nem isso vocês merecem! DESCASO!!

I needed information about the coverage of my plan, due to an emergency for my daughter, but my entire report explains the reason for LACK OF COMPETENCE AND EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE, WHICH YOU DON'T PRACTICE, NOR KNOW. **There could be a rating function without even giving a star, after all, you don't even deserve that! Ela me receitou um medicamento para utilizar por 6 dias, estou no 2° dia com o medicamento e vamos aguardar os 4° dias restantes de utilização do medicamento para ver se desinflama totalmente para seguir o que a doutora aconselhou a fazer. Bom atendimento. Obrigado.
The service was good, both at the front desk and the dentist. She prescribed me a medicine to use for 6 days, I'm on the 2nd day with the medicine and we'll wait for the remaining 4th days of using the medicine to see if it totally disinflines what the doctor advised to do. Good service. Thanks.
