Possui algumas vagas para estacionar em frente à clínica , mas é facil estacionar na rua.Dr Sebastião Kelson é o destaque como otorrinolaringologista. Recepção atenciosa e competente. Atendimento por ordem de chegada. Faz exames como polissonografia entre outros.
 Clinic very well organized with great professionals. It has some parking spaces in front of the clinic, but it is easy to park in the street. Sebastião Kelson is the highlight as an otorhinolaryngologist. Front desk helpful and competent. Check-in order. He does exams like polysomnography, among others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, atendimento desorganizado, você chega no horário e perde a tarde toda, eles dizem que faltam duas pessoas e quando você vai perguntar já tem quatro na frente. Não conheci o médico porque o atendimento dele é muito ruim. Cancelei as duas consultas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por um médico dessa clínica para retirada de cerume que estava obstruindo meu ouvido (por ele ser muito estreito naturalmente ele obstrui) fui e ele não conseguiu desobstruir (o que da outra vez um médico mais experiente desentupiu de primeira), enfim retornei 15 dias depois após usar medicamento que ele receitou e mesmo assim na segunda tentativa ele não conseguiu realizar a retirada, ficou me passando medicamento e eu com ouvido entupido por quase 2 meses, até que tentei o outro médico desta mesma clínica (o mesmo que havia desentupido em outro ano, porém não tinha vaga quando tentei a consulta inicial ), porém para minha surpresa este, para justificar o que o outro não conseguiu fazer) fez uma filmagem do ouvido e me cobrou junto com a consulta esses exames CAROS que depois vieram em meu extrato do plano do qual tenho co participação: uma VIDEO-ENDOSCOPIA NASO-SINUSAL COM OTICA e VIDEO-FARINGO-LARINGOSCOPIA C/ ENDOSCOPICO, tudo para faturar mais, pois da outra vez não houve necessidade de filmar, ele apenas fez a lavagem e resolveu, pois segundo ele iria filmar apenas para me mostrar, agora ao ver o valor do exame entendi (e não entedi porque 2 exames diferentes foram cobrados, se ele apenas filmou meu ouvido). Não indico mais essa clinica e esse médico para ninguém, pois parece que o interesse da deles é só faturar.
I was attended by a doctor at this clinic to remove cerumen that was obstructing my ear (because it is very narrow of course it obstructs) I went and he was not able to unclog (which again a more experienced doctor uncovered at first), I finally returned 15 days later after using medication that he prescribed and even then in the second attempt he was unable to perform the withdrawal, he kept giving me medication and I had a blocked ear for almost 2 months, until I tried the other doctor at the same clinic (the same one that had unclogged in another year, but I had no vacancy when I tried the initial consultation), but to my surprise this, to justify what the other could not do) filmed the ear and charged me with the consultation these exams CAROS that later came in my extract from the plan of which I have participated: a VIDEO-ENDOSCOPY NASO-SINUSAL WITH OTICA and VIDEO-FARINGO-LARINGOSCOPIA C / ENDOSCOPICO, everything to bill more, because the other time there was no need to shoot, he just did the washing and solved it, because according to him he would shoot just to show me, now upon seeing the value of the exam I understood (and I did not entedi because 2 different exams were charged if he only filmed my ear). I do not recommend this clinic and this doctor to anyone else, because it seems that their interest is just to bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local e atendimento. Dr. Evaldo Macau é super atencioso e prestativo. Tenho ritine, minhas crises são constantes e após a consulta e tratamento consegui diminuir as ocorrências em 90%. E já tinha ido em mais de 6 médicos. Sem contar que ele é super pontal. Recomendo!!

A justificativa é que a consulta dele é demorada, todavia como dito pela propria secretária as consultas são marcadas a cada 15 minutos.
Inaceitável a falta de respeito pelo nosso tempo e enfermidade.
É mais fácil cancelar a consulta, estornar o pagamento e deixar o paciente que esperou dias com uma crise por 3 dias para ser atendido por um bom profissional e chegar na clínica ver que você não é importante o suficiente para ter o mínimo que é o seu horário respeitado.
