 Dr. Mirian and Dr Danby are the angels in my Pituxa's life! I will be forever grateful for the attention and kindness with which they always treat us! In addition to an excellent bath and grooming structure, with camera access to the waiting room to prevent the animal stress when seeing the tutor, but ensuring that it can follow the bath. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho pet, pra poder fazer uma avaliação pontual sobre a clínica, mas gostaria de deixar registrada minha experiência pessoal, com Dr. Danby, cirurgião veterinário e proprietário do local. Estava de carro com minha esposa, levando minha filha à escola, logo cedo. Em determinado momento no caminho, começou a subir fumaça por dentro do capô do carro. Encostei o veículo na hora. O incidente aconteceu exatamente em frente à Pronto Pet Clínica Veterinária. Tinha acabado de desembarcar e Dr. Danby (o qual eu nunca tinha visto antes na vida) imediatamente apareceu para prestar ajuda. Conduziu minha esposa e filha para dentro da recepção da clínica, no ar-condicionado, enquanto chamava um Uber para que elas pudessem chagar até a escola. Ao mesmo tempo, abriu o capô do carro junto comigo, entrou em contato com mecânico de sua confiança, e como o mecânico não estava disponível para ir ao local no momento, me levou, em seu carro, até uma oficina conhecida. Lá explicou o que havia ocorrido e trouxe o mecânico junto, para onde estava meu carro parado. Ficou ao lado o tempo todo, e depois de finalizado o serviço no veículo, não quis nenhuma contraprestação em dinheiro. Ele simplesmente se dispôs a ajudar. Certamente, se algum dia vier a ter um animalzinho, me tornaria cliente, porque sei que se trata de um estabelecimento que é administrado por um homem de caráter, o que certamente reflete em todas as áreas da vida.... Ainda existem pessoas boas no mundo!
I don't have a pet, so I can make a punctual evaluation of the clinic, but I would like to record my personal experience with Dr. Danby, veterinary surgeon and owner of the place. I was driving with my wife, taking my daughter to school early in the morning. At a certain point along the way, smoke began to rise on the inside of the car's hood. I pulled over the vehicle right away. The incident took place right in front of the Pronto Pet Clinic Veterinary. I had just landed and Dr. Danby (whom I had never seen before in my life) immediately appeared to help. He led my wife and daughter into the clinic's air-conditioned reception while calling an Uber so they could get to school. At the same time, he opened the hood of the car with me, got in touch with a mechanic he trusted, and as the mechanic was not available to go to the site at the time, he took me, in his car, to a well-known garage. There he explained what had happened and brought the mechanic along, to where my car was parked. He stayed by the side the entire time, and after completing the service in the vehicle, he did not want any cash consideration. He was simply willing to help. Certainly, if I ever have a pet, I would become a client, because I know this is an establishment that is run by a man of character, which certainly reflects in all areas of life.... There are still good people in the world!

Dr Danby e sua equipe são extremamente profissionais, ele sabe o que faz, sabe mesmo.
Atende na clínica e na minha casa os nossos 4 cachorros, vai de vacinas a cirurgias com sabedoria.
Excelente profissional e a clínica está num lugar muito bom também.

Dr Danby and his team are extremely professional, he knows what he's doing, he really does.
He takes care of our 4 dogs at the clinic and at my house, from vaccinations to surgeries with wisdom.
Excellent professional and the clinic is in a very good place too.
