Terrible Infirmary, lack of education of employees, lack of equipment and supplies, everything dirty, Pure contamination, Negligence, Serious mistakes, Horrible climate, Total neglect, Soup that gave diarrhea to EVERYONE who took it, is by far the WORST emergency room in the region ...go to Taubate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As funcionárias da triagem tratam muito mal as pessoas. Trabalham com má vontade, respondem com mal humor. Depois que me atenderam, fiquei observando pra saber se a grosseria era só comigo, mas até com os velhinhos elas não tem paciência. Manuseiam o aparelho de pressão com brutalidade, sem cuidado. Ficam batendo as coisas na mesa, irritadas sei lá com quê. Como se as pessoas que procuram o pronto socorro fossem culpados pelos problemas da vida delas. Graças a Deus, médico e enfermeiras me atenderam muito bem.
The triage workers treat people very badly. They work grudgingly, they respond with grumpiness. After they answered me, I watched to see if the rudeness was just me, but even with the elderly they have no patience. They handle the pressure apparatus brutally, without care. They keep banging things on the table, annoyed with who knows what. As if the people who go to the emergency room were to blame for the problems in their lives. Thank God, doctor and nurses took care of me very well.
