★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar é sem palavras Dr Euclides Dona Letícia sua filha Laisa os meninos que trabalham lá. gente não tenho o que falar a não ser coisas boas meus cachorrinhos adoram ser tratados lá adoram ficar no hotelzinho passam por lá de carro e ficam latindo com vontade de entrar então percebe-se que eles são muito bem tratados e queridos. Sem falar que você pode acompanhar tudo pelo Instagram e você ver como eles são alimentados cuidados paparicados realmente maravilhoso atendimento da prontocan
 This place is speechless Dr Euclides Dona Letícia his daughter Laisa the boys who work there. people I have nothing to talk about except good things my puppies love to be treated there they love to stay at the little hotel they go there by car and they are barking with the desire to get in so we can see that they are very well treated and loved. Not to mention that you can follow everything on Instagram and you can see how they are fed pampered care really wonderful prompt service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto o dr. Euclides quanto o dr. Nilton são bastante atenciosos, cada um à sua maneira. Dr. Nilton inclusive já curou vários animais meus que outros veterinários não souberam tratar com eficácia. Eu considero umas das melhores (se não a melhor) clínica veterinária de Natal. Confio 100%. Não tem pet shop, mas tem hotel para bichos e também fazem tosa e banho. Fácil de estacionar.
Both dr. Euclid as for dr. Nilton are very attentive, each in his own way. Dr. Nilton has even cured several of my animals that other veterinarians have not been able to treat effectively. I consider it one of the best (if not the best) veterinary clinic in Natal. I trust 100%. There is no pet shop, but there is a hotel for pets and they also groom and shower. Easy to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filhote costuma ficar uma vez por semana na Prontocan,inclusive pernoitando. Tem sido uma rica experiência para ele, interagindo com seus aumiguinhos e tratadores.Ele sempre vai e volta bastante feliz e nós como tutores nos sentimos tranquilos pois temos a certeza de que, sempre, é muito bem cuidado.
My puppy usually stays once a week at Prontocan, even staying overnight. It has been a rich experience for him, interacting with his little friends and keepers. He always comes and goes very happy and we as tutors feel calm because we are sure that he is always very well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um pet onde a veterinária se preocupa é com a imagem dela e não se preocupa com oque pode acontecer com os animais, pra ser um bom veterinário tem que ter amor a eles, e procura uma boa maneira de ajuda e se preocupar com eles. Tem pessoas que foi pedir uma força a veterinário, ela disse que não ia ajuda pq era o nome dela que ali, lamentável, os animais são criaturas dóceis, e muito companheiro, quem teu um cachorro sabe disso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Clínica Veterinária Prontocan vem de quase trinta anos de tratamentos dos meus cachorros sempre com muita atenção e carinho, mas agora que existe também o Hotel não tenho o que reclamar. Quando preciso deixá-los com segurança sei que além de hospedagem, se precisar, temos o tratamento de veterinários sem sair do hotel.
Isso me deixar mais tranquila e sei que se viajar estarão em boas mãos.
Tem quartos como se fosse em um hotel para humanos.
Só tenho que agradecer a toda a equipe.
My experience with Prontocan Veterinary Clinic comes from almost thirty years of treatment of my dogs always with great attention and affection, but now that there is also the Hotel I have nothing to complain about. When I need to let them safely know that in addition to hosting, if you need, we have the veterinary treatment without leaving the hotel.
It makes me feel more comfortable and I know that if you travel you will be in good hands.
It has rooms like a hotel for humans.
I just have to thank the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No que diz respeito a banho, sao péssimos. Meus 3 filhos nao voltaram cheirosos e minha caçula voltou toda descabelada, como foi. Nao colocaram, sequer, um lacinho nela. Me choquei ao ve-la. Alem disso , voltou cheia de nós pelo corpo todo. Agora terei que mandar cortar todo o cabelinho dela, bem rente, por causa disso. Um.absurdo!
JAMAIS levarei os 3 pra tomar banho lá novamente.
When it comes to bathing, they are terrible. My 3 children didn't come back smelling and my youngest came back all disheveled, as it were. They didn't even put a bow on her. I was shocked to see her. Besides, she came back full of knots all over her body. Now I will have to have all her hair cut, very close, because of this. Um.absurd!
I will NEVER take the 3 to shower there again.
