★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 2 estrelas por conta do serviço de ultrassonografia abdominal. Meu gato precisou fazer 12 horas de jejum como preparo para o exame e faltando 1 hora para o exame cancelaram. Reagendei para o dia seguinte e fiz novamente o preparo de 12 horas do gato e, novamente, foi cancelado. Considerei muito descaso com um exame que exige preparo, ainda queriam reagendar para 4 horas depois o exame, assim, o jejum se estenderia por 16 horas, o que é um absurdo. Enfim, o reagendamento por duas vezes seguidas em cima da hora, depois de todo o preparo já feito, não transmite confiabilidade. Já para o atendimento da veterinária dou 5 estrelas, excelente atendimento!
I gave 2 stars because of the abdominal ultrasound service. My cat needed to do 12 hours of fasting to prepare for the exam and with 1 hour left for the exam they canceled. I rescheduled for the next day and did the 12 hour cat prep again and again it was cancelled. I considered it very neglectful with an exam that requires preparation, they still wanted to reschedule for 4 hours after the exam, so the fasting would extend for 16 hours, which is absurd. Anyway, rescheduling twice in a row at the last minute, after all the preparation already done, does not convey reliability. As for the veterinary service I give 5 stars, excellent service!
