I took the exams required by Detran without any problems in attendance. A little waiting, but nothing out of the ordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero agradecer de coração ao Dr. Gilvandro e à Dra. Betânia por tudo o que fizeram pelos meus gatinhos.
Minha gata estava passando por um quadro muito sério de rinotraqueite, além de ter sido contaminada por giárdia, quando a levei à clínica. Ela já não comia mais, estava muito fraca e com dificuldade de respirar.
Ela foi atendida pelo Dr. Gilvandro, que foi muito atencioso e cuidadoso . Após tomar os remédios recomendados e passar uma tarde internada , minha gata voltou a ser a gatinha alegre e brincalhona de antes! Toda a família está feliz e muito agradecida!
Meu outro gato era um gatinho de rua que sofreu um acidente de carro e teve a mandíbula quebrada. Eu o resgatei e, com a ajuda de amigos, o levei para se operar na clínica. Mais uma vez o Dr. Gilvandro e a Dra. Betânia fizeram um trabalho maravilhoso! O gatinho está ótimo.
Além de tudo, a Érica , a atendente, é muito gentil e prestativa.
Graças a Deus, encontrei o Prontovet. Recomendo a todos!
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Gilvandro and Dr. Betânia for everything they have done for my kittens.
My cat was going through a very serious rhinotracheitis, besides being contaminated with giardia, when I took her to the clinic. She no longer ate, she was very weak and had difficulty breathing.
She was attended to by Dr. Gilvandro, who was very attentive and careful. After taking the recommended remedies and spending an afternoon in the hospital, my cat was once again the cheerful and playful kitten from before! The whole family is happy and very grateful!
My other cat was a stray kitten who had a car accident and had a broken jaw. I rescued him and, with the help of friends, took him to the clinic for surgery. Once again, Dr. Gilvandro and Dr. Betânia did a wonderful job! The kitten looks great.
After all, Érica, the attendant, is very kind and helpful.
Thank goodness, I found Prontovet. I recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super indico essa clínica veterinário,fui muito bem atendido pelo veterinário quando precisei fazer uma cirurgia na minha cadela,super atencioso,explicando nos mínimos detalhes quais os procedimentos que iria realizar, mostrou a estrutura do centro cirúrgico que iria ocorrer a operação.
Os funcionários são ótimos também,principalmente a recepcionista que não recordo o nome.
Muito obrigado equipe ProntoVet. Se fosse possível iria dar mais estrelas.
I highly recommend this veterinary clinic, I was very well attended by the veterinarian when I needed to have surgery on my dog, super attentive, explaining in the smallest details which procedures I would perform, showed the structure of the operating room that the operation would take place.
The staff are great too, especially the receptionist who doesn't remember the name.
Thank you very much ProntoVet team. If it were possible I would give more stars.
