Já não fui bem recebido pelo veterinário de plantão até então tudo bem, deixamos ela internada para coleta de exames as 8:00 (horário que os funcionário chegariam ) e ficar em observação. Quase 10 horas liguei para ter notícias e a funcionária não soube nos informar, na hora fui na clínica para saber notícias pessoalmente e questionei a atendente sobre o andamento e percebi que não haviam nem coletado sangue para dar sequência nos exames e quando falei que iria levar a cachorra foi aí que coletaram o sangue. Enfim, fiquei muito decepcionado com o atendimento até porq os custos não são baratos

I was no longer well received by the vet on duty until then, it was ok, we left her hospitalized for exams at 8:00 (time that the employees would arrive) and to be under observation. At about 10 am I called to get news and the employee did not know how to inform us, at the time I went to the clinic to find out in person and asked the attendant about the progress and realized that they had not even collected blood to proceed with the tests and when I said that I would take the dog was there that they collected the blood. Anyway, I was very disappointed with the service because the costs are not cheap

Amazing. Wonderful staff. I took my dog and they saved him ... forever grateful to them! The whole family of pets at home passes with them, I highly recommend it!
