★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento do dentista. Por um erro do convênio que indicou que eu poderia fazer o tratamento lá mas meu plano não cobria. A partir daí a forma de tratamento já não foi bom.
I didn't like the dentist's service. Due to an error in the agreement that indicated that I could do the treatment there but my plan did not cover it. From then on, the form of treatment was no longer good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o secretário/dentista grosseiro e sem nenhuma clareza na hora de tirar dúvidas dos pacientes. Só me tratou bem quando disse que pagava, depois que falei do convênio desligou.
I found the secretary/dentist rude and without any clarity when it came to answering patients' questions. He only treated me well when I said he would pay, after I mentioned the agreement, he hung up.

I've been doing the esthetic aligner treatment with Edson for almost a year. The service is always great, the schedule always meets my availability and the receptionist is very friendly!

Na época eu tinha problema de disfunção de ATM e pedi para que ele fizesse uma placa como paliativo, pois eu não tinha o dinheiro para colocar aparelho naquele momento. Ele se recusou, tentou me vender um alinhador de 20 mil reais e disse que se eu não usasse aparelho não adiantaria colocar a placa. Não voltei mais.
I didn't like Dr. Edson. At the time I had an ATM dysfunction problem and I asked him to make a sign as a palliative, because I didn't have the money to put on the device at that time. He refused, tried to sell me an aligner for 20 thousand reais and said that if I didn't use braces, it wouldn't help to put the plate. I didn't come back anymore.
