Acrescentando...perante a resposta da imobiliária... quem ofertou um valor menor..foi vcs, eu não pedi.. P tirar..falei q era acima do valor q cabia p mim. E vcs falaram ..dava p melhorar p valor x. Não foi eu q pedi.
Onde nos interessamos.. mesmo com pontos negativos no imóvel.
Perguntou se eu já dava a resposta do banco no dia. No qual eu já daria e positiva por sinal..e vcs faltaram c a palavra voltando atraz... de um imóvel no qual vc achou q valia a pena dar o desconto no imóvel próprio d vcs.
Não eh atoa q minha avaliação não eh a única negativando.
Minha avaliação eh uma estrela pq não tem zero. Sem mais.
E p você q tá lendo... Tá aí um aviso. Sem comprometimento na venda..afinal fazem vc perder tempo p depois voltarem atraz. Imagine depois da compra se precisar de algo.
E a vcs imobiliária agradeço pela desistência. Foi Deus a frente. Luz p vcs.

Where we are interested.. even with negative points in the property.

No wonder my review is not the only negative.
My rating is one star because it doesn't have zero. No further.
And for you who are reading... There's a warning. No commitment to the sale..after all they make you waste time and then come back. Imagine after purchase if you need something.

A imobiliária alugou o imóvel confiando na certeza de que não teria problema, haja vista que não conhecia o futuro locador, dadas as condições inviáveis de deslocamento entre SP e MG devido a horário, tempo e disponibilidade minha no momento.
Graças a Deus não tivemos problemas, o senhor Paulo sempre muito disposto a me ajudar e sanar as dúvidas bem como garantir todos os trâmites relacionados à água e energia do imóvel, no qual vieram como cortesia uma vez que não poderia vir à cidade para resolver esses procedimentos.
O sentimento é eterno de gratidão e se caso precisarem da imobiliária, podem ter certeza que não terão problemas, pois acredito que eles estão dispostos a ajudar e suprir as dúvidas e demais necessidades no que diz a questão imobiliária.
