Passei constrangimento desmontando toda minha casa com a mudança no caminhão, contrato praticamente assinado e simplesmente não estavam com as chaves da casa. E se eu tivesse no último dia para entregar a minha casa antiga alugada iria passar a noite na rua ?
Total descaso com cliente, eu devia abrir um processo contra vcs por danos morais
Waste service by the owner, lack of communication between real estate and the owner of the house.
I spent embarrassment disassembling my entire house with the change in the truck, contract was practically signed and they simply didn't have the keys to the house. And if I had the last day to deliver my old rented house would I spend the night on the street?
Total disregard for the customer, I should file a lawsuit against you for moral damages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deles é horrível, não tiram suas dúvidas, você se interessa pra visitar as casas, arruma tempo no horário deles e eles sequer te dão retorno se vai acontecer a visita ou nao. Não recomendo.
Their service is horrible, they don't answer your questions, you are interested in visiting the houses, you make time in their schedule and they don't even give you feedback if the visit will happen or not. I do not recommend.
