★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei virar cliente mas nao gostei da falta de responsabilidade do local, a minha cachorra esta sangrando muito e estamos aki esperando a ligação deste lugar avisando qnd a dra termina a cirugia na que esta, pra poder levar a minha cachorra, dps de duas horas ligamos e a atendente, a msm que tinha pedido pra gnt aguardar a ligação dela, agora fala q a dra nao vai poder atender pois dps da cirugia tem fila pra atender, perdimos 2 hrs, se fosse algo grave teria perdido meu bicho, detalhe....o lugar fecha as 18hrs, nao sei se a dra esta ciente disto, falta de profissionalismo
I tried to become a client but I did not like the lack of responsibility of the place, my dog is bleeding a lot and we are here waiting for the call from this place advising that the doctor finishes the surgery in which she is, to be able to take my dog, two hours after the call and the attendant, the msm who had asked gnt to wait for her call, now says that the dra will not be able to answer because dps of surgery has a queue to answer, we lost 2 hrs, if it was something serious I would have lost my bug, detail ... .the place closes at 6pm, I don't know if the doctor is aware of this, lack of professionalism

Conheço essa médica veterinária há mais de 13 anos e sempre confiei meus bichinhos aos seus cuidados, é extremamente cuidadosa e carinhosa com eles, inclusive recuperando-os de algumas enfermidades. Agora neste novo endereço a região do Jabaquara conta com uma excelente profissional com amplo conhecimento.
