★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia.Me chamo Marcos Antonio de Oliveira,moro em Cubatão-SP.Tramite uma ação em meu nome na vara da familia em Angra dos Reis -RJ para a exclusão da pensão alimentícia.Acontece que já faz mais de um ano quase dois anos que meu advogado entrou com essa ação e até agora nada de uma definição.Já estive pessoalmente nessa comarca mas de nada adiantou.Gostaria de saber a quem possa interessar se há algum apadriamento da parte Ré,ou não.Estou tentando resolver essa questão até porque a parte Ré ja se encontra com quase (21) anos e até agora estou pagando essa pensão.Tenho uma outra família que necessita de cuidados e uma outra filha de (5) anos que precisa dos meus rendimentos para comer,beber e se vestir.Mais uma vez gostaria de saber se é certo eu estar custeando uma pessoa de (21) anos que não trabalha,não estuda,já constituiu outra familia e já tem filhos.Bom venho informar a quem possa interessar que não aguento mais essa espera injusta,pois gostaria de saber se o Estado do Rio de Janeiro vai me restituir financeiramente por esse tempo a mais o qual eu estou pagando essa pensão alimentícia,pois caso eu pare de pagar por conta,com certeza poderei ser preso injustamente.Venho dessa forma pedir ajuda dessa Procuradoria do Rio de Janeiro pois ainda confio na Justiça do nosso País,espero receber uma notícia,uma resposta por parte dessa Procuradoria,pois caso isso não aconteça,apelarei pela Procuradoria de Brasília-DF,apelarei por alguma Rede de Televisão,ou outros meios de comunicação.Estarei salvando esse depoimento,esse email enviado a essa Procuradoria para que se nada seja feito,eu possa mostrar a algum outro meio de comunicação a quem possa interessar.Muito obrigado a vossa atenção.Deixarei meu contato e espero uma resposta em breve,muito breve,

 Good morning. My name is Marcos Antonio de Oliveira, I live in Cubatão-SP. I have an action in my name on the family tree in Angra dos Reis -RJ for the exclusion of alimony.
