★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São excelentes profissionais, tanto para negociação com as empresas (fui atendida pela Marcia) quanto no atendimento para realização de exames. Quando fui fazer exame esperei muito pouco tempo e fui bem atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se desse pra dar 0, daria. Atendimento da recepção é terrível, atendentes mal educada, grossa e incompetente. Não adianta marcar horário, você vai esperar muito de qualquer forma. A sala de espera fica lotada e não tem como fazer distanciamento. Deveria fechar.
If you could give 0, it would. Reception service is terrible, attendants rude, rude and incompetent. There is no point in making an appointment, you will expect a lot anyway. The waiting room is crowded and there is no way to distance yourself. It should close.

Sempre que fiz exames admissionais, era com horário marcado, e em menos de 5min você já estava com os documentos necessários em mãos.
Aqui vc agenda horário pra nada, perde toda sua manhã pra fazer algo de 5min, NUNCA MAIS!!!
Terrible attendance!!! I WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF, waiting to be screened by the nurse, and then to be called by the doctor ... (???)
Whenever I took admission exams, it was by appointment, and in less than 5 minutes you already had the necessary documents in hand.
Here you schedule time for nothing, lose all your morning to do something 5min, NEVER AGAIN !!!

Foi feito um agendamento para às 9:40 da manhã, levou mais de 1 hora e meia pra passar com uma enfermeira e já são 12:42 e ainda não fui atendida pela médica.
