Para quem pensar em se associar recomendo fortemente que procure por outras empresas!!! Tive meu carro (Clio 2011) negligenciado por 5 MESES contínuos (Meu carro parado e sob responsabilidade deles) , fiquei esses 5 meses tendo que correr atrás de informações e registrando tudo, pois ainda fui tratado como errado neste tempo todo. Funcionários despreparados e arrogantes tem de sobra! E após estes 5 MESES meu carro foi entregue com minha bateria TROCADA POR UMA DE CAMINHÃO VELHA, TODOS OS MIOLOS DAS PORTAS FORAM TROCADOS, O STEP NÃO ERA DO MEU CARRO e dai para pior. Para quem duvidar tenho tudo registrado (Emails enviados desde o começo e as respostas que nunca eram cumpridas por parte da empresa) e até áudios de uma das donas gritando ao telefone de forma histérica.
WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE.
For anyone thinking of joining, I strongly recommend looking for other companies!!! I had my car (Clio 2011) neglected for 5 continuous MONTHS (My car stopped and under their responsibility), I spent these 5 months having to run after information and recording everything, because I was still treated as wrong all this time. Unprepared and arrogant employees have plenty! And after these 5 MONTHS my car was delivered with my battery CHANGED FOR AN OLD TRUCK, ALL THE BRAINS OF THE DOORS WERE CHANGED, THE STEP WAS NOT FROM MY CAR and it got worse. For those who doubt, I have everything recorded (Emails sent from the beginning and the answers that were never fulfilled by the company) and even audios of one of the owners screaming on the phone in a hysterical way.
