★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em novembro/2020 o Fabiano nos atendeu para a instalação de um sistema pequeno de 2 câmeras para a entrada do Loteamento Santa Helena. Após a instalação e o pagamento do equipamento, ele ficou de retornar para configurar o sistema, mas não compareceu mais aos horários marcados. Me de bolo 2 vezes e parou de atendeu aos meua telefonemas.
Precisei acessar as imagens gravadas no DVR para ajudar um vizinho que foi furtado, mas não só não tive assistência no momento da necessidade (eu ainda não tinha acesso remoto às imagens) como o DVR não estava devidamente configurado para as gravações, como combinado.
Precisei pagar outra assistência para resolver as pendências que o Fabiano deixou.
Fiquei muito insatisfeita. Impossível contar com profissionaia irresponsáveis para o assunto da segurança.
In November / 2020 Fabiano assisted us to install a small system of 2 cameras for the entrance of Loteamento Santa Helena. After the installation and payment of the equipment, he was left to return to configure the system, but he did not show up again at the scheduled times. Give me cake 2 times and stopped answering my calls.
I had to access the images recorded on the DVR to help a neighbor who was stolen, but not only did I not have assistance at the time of need (I still did not have remote access to the images), but the DVR was not properly configured for the recordings, as agreed.
I had to pay another assistance to solve the pending issues that Fabiano left.
I was very dissatisfied. It is impossible to count on irresponsible professionals for the security issue.
