★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, profisionalismo inexistente, bati o meu carro a 10 km por hora, puxando pra frenre em um cruzamento onde tinha uma parada obrigatória pra mim, porem nao havia vizibilidade por um matagal atrapalhando a visao de quem descia a avenida e a placa de pare tapada pelo mesmo matagal, e o seguro alegou q eu nao usei da direcao defenciva para nao pagar pelo concerto, completamente discabido de qualquer argumento minimamenre razoável para tal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um amigo me indicou a entrar no seguro, fiz sem consultar e indiquei outras pessoas. Na primeira vez que o irmão dele precisou utilizar o pessoal tirou o direito dele por motivos completamente sem sentido, muito decepcionada pois não foi isso que me venderam na hora de eu me associar, não recomendo viu. Procurem associações sérias e que te dão suporte nesses momentos em que mais precisamos.

Ao estacionar em frente uma padaria bairro Europa em Contagem, data 23/12/2020, o motorista assegurado pela auto proteja, que estava estacionado no passeio da padaria ao manobrar seu veiculo (dando ré) colidiu com meu veiculo danificando o para-choque traseiro, o mesmo se prontificou a dar assistência, fizemos boletim de ocorrência relatando os fatos acorrido, o associado acionou a auto proteja que indicou uma empresa de lanternagem e pintura pra resolver o que foi danificado, porem faltava uma peça pra inicializar o serviço (friso para-choque ) como preciso do meu veiculo pra locomover, não deixei para o reparo por falta dessa peça, solicitei a auto proteja quanto a falta da mesma e ate o momento o que tenho de resposta deles é que foi solicitada a peça na autorizada e ainda não chegou, tentei um acordo, em fazer o reparo e eles me reembolsar mas nenhuma resposta até o momento, uma falta de compromisso e respeito, estamos entrando para o 5 mês e nenhum acordo e nem satisfação eles dão, até o presente momento não resolveram o problema do meu carro e a desculpa e sempre a mesma.

When parking in front of a bakery in the neighborhood of Europa in Contagem, date 12/23/2020, the driver insured by auto protect, who was parked on the sidewalk of the bakery when maneuvering his vehicle (reversing) collided with my vehicle damaging the rear bumper , the same was willing to give assistance, we made an incident report reporting the facts, the associate triggered the auto protect that indicated a body shop and painting company to solve what was damaged, but a part was missing to start the service (frieze for -chock) as I need my vehicle to get around, I didn’t leave it for repair due to the lack of this part, I requested the auto protection regarding the lack of it and until now, what I have to answer from them is that the part was requested in the authorized and still it didn't arrive, I tried an agreement, to do the repair and they reimburse me but no answer so far, a lack of commitment and respect, we are entering the 5 month and no agreement and no satisfaction they give , so far they haven't solved my car problem and the excuse is always the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso com o cliente, pra conseguir o direito ao programa de proteção automotiva somente se um terceiro bater em você, quando o associado é considerado “errado” por uma avaliação muito mal feita, não se encaixa na política da empresa, trabalham visando somente o lucro, não tem propósito nenhum em ajudar o cliente. Atendimento péssimo, o colaborador Jean que resolve as pendência com o sinistro nunca está presente com desculpas esfarrapadas da secretária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima proteção veicular, não recomendo ter esta proteção e também rezar para um veículo protegido por ela bater em vc, dei entrada em sinistro nesta como terceiro e colocaram um farol usado no meu carro e ainda sem o conector de seta, ao reclamar falaram para aguardar, aguardei mais de 30 dias e nada, ligo e um funcionário por nome de Jean se esconde de mim, manda secretaria dar várias desculpas, agora falaram a 3 dias atrás que iriam me indenizar com o valor para adquirir outra peça, custo desta irrisório e acreditem que pegaram meus dados falando que no mesmo dia estariam depositando e até hoje nada, começou a próxima luta para receber. Não recomendo de forma alguma, empresa sem compromisso com os clientes. No dia 26/02 depois de muita insistência pagaram o valor e acreditem se quiser, o funcionário de nome Alex ligou me pedindo para apagar esta minha avaliação, ao me negar pq é a minha opinião sobre a empresa, ameaçou até me processar, estou aguardando, liberdade de expressão é direito de todo cidadão brasileiro, está na constituição federal.
