Fiquei 9 minutos aguardando alguém atender e atendeu outra pessoal chama Shirley que não era do comercial, então falou que iria passar novamente. Fiz uma nova tentativa falei com a Charlene e não quis informar quem atua na área comercial e que somente poderia transferir a ligação e fiquei novamente mais 8 minutos. Observem os descasos, perdeu um oportunidade de parceria e não conformado, estou aqui para registrar minha insatisfação com atendimento. Com certeza a direção não tem ciência dessas situações.
I called to make a partnership of armed escorts in the region, who answered was Charlene, then I asked to speak with the commercial area. I was 9 minutes waiting for someone to answer and another person called Shirley who was not from the commercial, then she said she would come by again. I made another attempt, I spoke to Charlene and did not want to inform who works in the commercial area and that I could only transfer the call and I stayed again for another 8 minutes. Note the negligence, lost an opportunity for partnership and not resigned, I'm here to register my dissatisfaction with the service. The management is certainly not aware of these situations.
