★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica com um ótimo custo benefícios mas eles se aproveitam disso pra fazer um atendimento (de recepção) que deixa a desejar. Confusão nos horários (já fiquei duas horas esperando uma consulta marcada) e as atendentes parece que estão perdidas no local, sem saber quem são os médicos e suas especializações. Poderia ser nota 5 se não fosse isso, precisam melhorar.
Clinic with a great cost-benefit, but they take advantage of this to provide a service (reception) that leaves something to be desired. Confusion in schedules (I already spent two hours waiting for an appointment) and the attendants seem to be lost in the place, not knowing who the doctors are and their specializations. It could be a 5 if it wasn't for that, they need to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de 1h esperando sendo q o médico ortopedista só ia atender duas, ele chegou ficou na sala cozinhando e só quando uma paciente perguntou a outra pessoa se tinha alguém na sala q ele foi atender, mal me atendeu nem pediu pra mim sentar na maca pra examinar, nem na cadeira, e quando a minha mãe pediu pra ele passar um exame de sangue ele ficou olhando pra folha onde só marcava X pedindo exame e não tinha, aí ele disse algo sobre, até desconfiei se ele sabe escrever acho q só sabe fazer X!! E ainda disse q se eu quisesse um atendimento rápido era pra passar no P.S da cidade, todos nós sabemos q só tiram rx na hora quando o assunto é grave. Se ele tivesse me atendido no meu horário de vdd, dava pra mim ter ido tirar rx e voltado lá pra ele ver mas ele me atendeu bem no último horário pra ir embora!!!!
I was waiting more than 1h and the orthopedic doctor was only going to see two, he arrived in the room cooking and only when a patient asked the other person if there was someone in the room that he went to see, he barely saw me, he didn't even ask me to sit on the stretcher to examine, not even in the chair, and when my mother asked him to take a blood test, he kept looking at the sheet where it only marked X asking for an exam and there was none, then he said something about it, I even suspected if he knows how to write, I think he just knows do X!! And he even said that if I wanted a quick service, I had to stop by the city's P.S., we all know that they only take rx on time when the matter is serious. If he had attended to me during my vdd schedule, I could have gone to get an x-ray and went back there for him to see but he answered me well at the last time to leave!!!!
