★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisou de proteção veicular ? Então entre em contato com a Protev ; foram dois os veículos que tivemos roubados e a restituição do valor dos mesmos foi sem nenhum problema , em tempo justo e sem burocracia ; Protev é sem dúvida a melhor associação veicular recomendada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi deixar esse comentário porque quando estava pesquisando não vi nada sobre o assunto. No dia 02/07 tive meu veículo furtado na porta da empresa que trabalho, depois de 60 dias úteis (que informa no contrato), a PROTEV me indenizou (100% da FIPE do veículo, de acordo com a data do ocorrido). Por mais que falem mal de associações, pois algumas infelizmente fazem jus a má fama, a PROTEV se diferencia, uma empresa super seria e de renome.
Com certeza meu próximo veículo sera protegido por eles. Meu agradecimento ao Sr. Ronilson, Helen, Zoraide e Daniela pelo ótimo atendimento.
I decided to leave this comment because when I was researching I didn't see anything about it. On 07/02 I had my vehicle stolen at the door of the company I work for, after 60 working days (which the contract states), PROTEV compensated me (100% of the vehicle's FIPE, according to the date of the incident). As much as they speak ill of associations, as some unfortunately do justice to a bad reputation, PROTEV is different, a super serious and renowned company.
Surely my next vehicle will be protected by them. My thanks to Mr. Ronilson, Helen, Zoraide and Daniela for the great service.

O assegurado da Protev proteção veicular colidiu no meu veículo e assumiu o erro, inclusive atestado no boletim de ocorrência.
O acionou sua seguradora e solicitou aguardar um prazo de 5 dias para análise do processo, o mesmo recebeu a orientação para aguardar, pois incialmente seria realizado a vistoria no seu veículo e posteriormente entrariam em contato comigo . Após duas semanas recebi msg do associado por "watsap" com a instrução da seguradora solicitando enviar os documentos necessários e assim foi feito.
Fiquei surpresa com a resposta da funcionária Zoraide- Sinistros com arrogância informando "O telefone que preciso e da proprietária *JULIETA*", vale ressaltar que a mesma é minha mãe, possui mais de 70 anos e não tem condições de conduzir o processo. Também moramos juntas e o carro é para uso e trabalho que sustenta nossa família.
Estamos rodando com o carro com o porta malas aberto correndo o risco de danificar ainda mais ou causar outro acidente.
Asseguramos nosso carro na "Estilo Associação" com direito a carro reserva justamente para qualquer eventualidade, mas infelizmente é optado pelo responsável que causou o ocorrido.
Estou indignada com desrespeito e falta de empatia com o próximo e não indico a ninguém essa seguradora uma vez que procuramos um seguro justamente para "Assegurar ambos os lados" e evitar esse transtorno e insatisfação.
Enviei o Boletim com fotos comprovando que minha mãe "proprietária estava no veículo e demais testemunhas caso necessário.
Encarecidamente peço uma atenção especial e um retorno de alguém que esteja realmente preparado para prestar uma atenção e resolver.
Neste caso somos vitimas e estamos com o prejuízo. Não é justo ainda passar por um desgaste como esse, na qual atrasa ainda mais a solução do problema.
Caso necessário e visando agilizar informe que iremos pessoalmente para comprovar quaisquer dúvida pois tomaremos as medidas cabíveis se preciso for.
Aguardamos um breve retorno.
Poor service... Lack of empathy
Protev's vehicle protection policyholder collided with my vehicle and assumed the error, including attestation in the police report.

I was surprised by the response of the employee Zoraide-Sinistros with arrogance informing "The phone I need is from the owner *JULIETA*", it is noteworthy that she is my mother, is over 70 years old and is unable to conduct the process. We also live together and the car is for use and work that supports our family.
We are driving with the car with the trunk open at the risk of further damage or another accident.
We ensure our car in the "Association Style" with the right to reserve a car for any eventuality, but unfortunately it is chosen by the person responsible for the event.
I am outraged with disrespect and lack of empathy with others and do not recommend this insurance company to anyone, as we seek insurance precisely to "Assure both sides" and avoid this inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
I sent the Bulletin with photos proving that my mother "owner was in the vehicle and other witnesses if necessary.
I kindly ask for special attention and feedback from someone who is really prepared to pay attention and resolve.
In this case, we are victims and we are at a loss. It is not fair to go through a wear and tear like this, which delays the solution of the problem even further.
If necessary and in order to expedite, inform that we will go personally to prove any doubts as we will take the appropriate measures if necessary.
We await a brief return.

I had given 5 stars for my previous experience... but now it's just a headache, they don't respond, they don't return. Terrible. The quality has dropped dramatically. Employees completely lost as to past information.
