Quando descobri, depois de forçar meu cachorro a comer, verifiquei o fundo do saco de ração e estava cheio de bicho. Fui até lá falar com eles e me mandaram falar com o Fabricante.Fiquei inconformado com a falta de atenção e falta de responsabilidade para com os produtos que eles comercializam. Nunca mais compro nada lá.
I was always very well attended to, until I bought a bag of Naturalis feed that had bugs in the bottom of the bag. When I found out, after forcing my dog to eat, I checked the bottom of the feed bag and it was full of bugs. I went there to talk to them and they sent me to talk to the Manufacturer. I was resigned to the lack of attention and lack of responsibility for the products they sell. I never buy anything there again.
