Os professores de pilates são fisioterapeutas, a sala de pilates é bem equipada, são poucos alunos por turma o que torna o treino personalizado. As aulas de yoga são ótimas e as professoras super competentes.
Quiet place with good energy and cozy. All employees are super responsive, kind and well educated. Pilates teachers are physiotherapists, the pilates room is well equipped, there are few students per class which makes training personalized. The yoga classes are great and the teachers are very competent.
