★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salao está limpo, arrumado, a recepção e acolhedora, e uma das coisas importantes e a profissionalidade e a amabilidade da cabeleireira, o nome e Erika, e sua assistente a Isabelle, e a atenção delas com as clientes!
O único que não gostei e da funcionária que fazia o mantenimento do salão! O Prya tem de ter funcionários mais dispostos, e mais educados. Pedir licença para passar a vassoura..... Eu já foi Auxiliar de Serviços Gerais!! Mais o Prya e nota 10!

The salon is clean, tidy, the reception is welcoming, and one of the important things is the professionalism and kindness of the hairdresser, the name and Erika, and her assistant Isabelle, and their attention to customers!
The only one I didn't like and the employee who maintained the salon! Prya must have more willing, and more educated employees. Ask for permission to sweep the broom ..... I used to be a General Services Assistant !! Plus Prya and note 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guilherme é maravilhoso. Quatro anos que não o largo. Eu já mudei de salão para segui-lo! Meu cabelo é complicado, volumoso, seco. Gui é simples, escuta, é sem frescura. Mas é um talento nato. Além de educadíssimo, finaliza o corte com uma generosa secagem de estrela.
Enquanto no outro salão, Pedro me deixou 1h e 20 esperando pq fotografava para seu Instagram, não me me permitiu conversar com ele antes de lavar, só falava através de sua secretária. Quatro pessoas o auxiliaram como estrela que é. Não prá poupar tempo, mas pq cada etapa é feita por alguém diferente ( são fofas). No Rio, iria durar dois minutos. Respeito é fundamental. (Saí estranha, não pelo dinheiro gasto, mas pela frescuragem toda neste momento em que na esquina, crianças esperavam o descarte de um supermercado.

While in the other salon, Pedro left me waiting at 1:20 pm because he was taking pictures for his Instagram, he didn't allow me to talk to him before washing, he only spoke through his secretary. Four people helped him like the star he is. Not to save time, but because each step is done by someone different (they are cute). In Rio, it would last two minutes. Respect is key. (I left strange, not because of the money spent, but because of the freshness at this moment when, on the corner, children were waiting to be discarded from a supermarket.

Bem, o salão e muito limpo, não estava lotado, tive atenção desde o momento que cheguei até a saída e o profissional Guilherme é maravilhoso. Atencioso e profissional soube me deixar segura, fez um tratamento de altíssima qualidade. Em função de eu estar deixando meu cabelo crescer e ele ser muito volumoso, há muito tempo eu não sabia que o era sair feliz de um salão. Hoje eu saí me sentindo ótima, linda, cabelo ao vento, sem ter que prender para esconder. O preço foi um pouquinho salgado, mas a qualidade compensa. Obrigada!!!
