A atendente me falou que eu poderia ir no sabado que eles cortariam na hora e me entregariam, não quis nem saber de encomenda. Aceitei, pois estava com urgencia das peças. Ao ir até o local no sábado a mesma me informou que não seria possível pois o responsável pelo corte estava com outro serviço.
Para que me faz ir até lá retirar, se não conseguem fazer? Não moro perto, a gasolina está cara, total falta de profissionalismo. Felizmente encontrei outro local próximo que conseguiu me atender no dia.
I talked on Friday by phone, requesting some bespoke wooden plaques. The attendant told me that I could go on Saturday that they would cut it on time and deliver it to me, I didn't even want to know about the order. I accepted because I was in urgent need of the pieces. When I went to the place on Saturday, she informed me that it would not be possible because the person responsible for the cut was with another service.
What does it make me go there to do, if they can't do it? I don't live nearby, gasoline is expensive, total lack of professionalism. Fortunately I found another place nearby that managed to assist me that day.
