Quero expressar aqui, que me incomoda muito e dependendo do evento a ser realizado no local, eu não exito em momento algum, em chamar a policia para se fazer cumprir meu direito a ordem e a paz na minha residencia !
já fiquem avisados ao alugar e tentem não incomodar os vizinhos e não terão problemas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregaram o espaço no horário combinado. Acabou atrasando tudo mais de 1h. Chegamos e eles ainda estavam limpando, ao invés de se programarem para entregar no horário combinado. A piscina é o chão ainda estavam sujos quando chegamos. Tivemos que aprontar tudo com os convidados já no local. Desagradável isso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é bom, bem arejado,tem piscina e uma área livre de fica ótimo para colocar brinquedos, fazendo com que a brincadeira das crianças não incomode os outros convidados. Mas o Proprietário precisa fazer investimentos. Dentre outras coisas que observei o banheiro está bem precário, vasamentos e porta saindo. Sem contar que na vizinhança não existe área disponível para estacionamento.
The space is good, well ventilated, has a swimming pool and a free area is great for placing toys, making sure that the children's play does not bother the other guests. But the Owner needs to make investments. Among other things that I noticed the bathroom is very precarious, leaks and door coming out. Not to mention that in the neighborhood there is no area available for parking.

Independente da quantidade de chuva e mesmo que as ruas estivessem cheias, o salão não tem caimento.
Os convidados todos dentro d'água, as crianças e adultos com os sapatos molhados
