Apartamento com um ano de uso apresentando diversos problemas como vazamentos, alizares das portas soltando, pintura descascando e outros. Fora as instalações do prédio que precisou de reforna antes de um ano. Construtora não dá retorno e sequer responde as mensagens. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum!
Poor quality of finish and after sales does not work. Apartment with a year of use presenting several problems such as leaks, door alizares coming off, peeling paint and others. Apart from the facilities of the building that needed to be renovated within a year. Construction company does not return and does not even respond to messages. I do not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento dessa construtora novo, na planta, entretanto, me deparei com qualidade de entrega ruim, pintura de baixa qualidade, infiltrações, portas que não abrem, esgotos com vazamento, problemas de escoamento de água de chuva, telhado com problemas que molham a placa central do elevador, ficamos sem elevador por semanas até que eu pudesse pagar e resolver do meu próprio bolso, sistema de Internet não consegue passar cabos e um série de outros problemas nas áreas comuns. Venho gastando uma fortuna para resolve-los pois a construtora não responde e não resolve nenhum pós venda nesmo prédio, mesmo estando na garantia.
I bought an apartment from this new builder, in the plant, however, I came across poor delivery quality, low quality paint, leaks, doors that don't open, leaky sewers, rainwater runoff problems, roof with problems that wet the central elevator board, we were without elevator for weeks until I could pay and solve it out of my own pocket, internet system can't run cables and a host of other problems in common areas. I've been spending a fortune to solve them because the builder doesn't respond and doesn't solve any after sales in the same building, even though it's under warranty.
