Patrick e sua esposa super prestativos na venda e pós venda. Valor bem mais em conta que outros locais, inclusive na Santa Efigênia!
 The Store is RELIABLE! And the place too, next to Paulista! There is parking at the front if you go by car!
Patrick and his wife super helpful in sales and after sales. Much cheaper value than other places, including Santa Efigênia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal o atendimento é muito bom eles são profissionais diferenciados, faz 1 mês que adquiri um Nintendo Switch com eles e nunca tive problemas além do suporte remoto que dispensa comentários de tão rápido e eficiente que é.
A compra foi nota 1000 e o pos venda é melhor ainda.
Obs: Sou da cidade de São Roque SP e comprei com a PSA games em São Paulo por indicação e não me arrependo realmente eles são diferenciados.
Guys, the service is very good, they are differentiated professionals, it's been 1 month since I bought a Nintendo Switch with them and I've never had problems other than the remote support that doesn't need comments because it's so fast and efficient.
The purchase was a 1000 note and the post sale is even better.
Note: I'm from São Roque SP and I bought games from PSA in São Paulo by recommendation and I don't really regret they are different.

Atendimento de excelente qualidade , Patrick e Aline são super atenciosos, humildes e acima de tudo, honestos. Pesquisei muito antes de chegar até eles , inclusive, na própria Santa Ifigênia que é o “berço dos games e eletrônicos” e o preço deles, PSA Games , tanto nos novos como semi- novos , são imbatíveis.
Foi o lugar que melhor avaliou o meu PS4 Seminovo e saímos de lá , eu e a minha esposa, felizes da vida com o nosso Xbox Séries S zerado, na caixa lacrada e acima de tudo com garantia de 1 ano.
Com certeza voltarei para pegar o meu Série X , em breve.
Para você que está pesquisando e pensando em comprar ou fazer um upgrade em seu game , pode parar as pesquisas. Vão até a PSA Games que não se arrependerão . Detalhe muito importante , localidade é segura e acessível, principalmente ao comparar com a Santa Ifigênia e região , que sabemos do risco de sairmos da loja e perder o nosso console , celular etc … do lado do metrô Brigadeiro x Av. Paulista .

Primeiramente quero dizer que, quem consegue me atender, atende qualquer pessoa, sou chatinho em compras...kkkkkk
Outra coisa, uma avaliação justa e não baseado apenas no seu humor ao comparecer na loja é no mínimo duas coisas: 1-Serve de utilidade pública, pois outras pessoas serão guiados por tal avaliação; 2-Um reconhecimento a quem trabalha direito e realmente merece estar no mercado oferecendo serviços e produtos para NÓS.
Confesso que fui muito bem atendido. Pesquisei muito sobre várias lojas e acabei vendo algumas contradições em algumas lojas e optei por essa. Anteriormente havia visto um comentário aqui mesmo no google sobre a PSA games onde a pessoa fala que eles não são atenciosos, pois bem, posso desmentir categoricamente esse comentário, pois como eu bem disse anteriormente, sou chato, para mim, não basta ter preço. Ao chegar na loja tinha três pessoas sendo atendidas e aguardei, não demorou meio minuto e o Patrick já me indagou, perguntando se poderia ajudar, dando inicio ao atendimento. Juntamente com isso a Aline já estava observando sem deixar de dar atenção aos demais clientes ali já presente. Sobre a compra, foi feita uma troca com uma avaliação justa e eles (Patrick e Aline) fazem uma festa quando você vai abri(deslacrar) seu produto(ps5) na loja, toca sininho e tudo mais reforçando a magia de uma conquista, que para muitos é um sonho. Por fim, deixo aqui minha admiração pelo trabalho desempenhado e meus sinceros agradecimentos!

First of all, I want to say that, whoever can help me, can help anyone, I'm a pain in the ass when shopping... lol
Another thing, a fair evaluation and not just based on your mood when you show up at the store is at least two things: 1-It serves public utility, because other people will be guided by such an evaluation; 2-A recognition to those who work right and really deserve to be in the market offering services and products to US.
I confess that I was very well taken care of. I did a lot of research on several stores and ended up seeing some contradictions in some stores and opted for this one. Previously, I had seen a comment right here on google about PSA games where the person says that they are not attentive, well, I can categorically deny this comment, because as I said before, I'm boring, for me, it's not enough to have a price. When I arrived at the store, there were three people being attended to and I waited, it didn't take half a minute and Patrick already asked me, asking if he could help, starting the service. Along with that, Aline was already watching without neglecting to pay attention to the other customers already present there. About the purchase, an exchange was made with a fair evaluation and they (Patrick and Aline) have a party when you go to open (unseal) your product (ps5) in the store, ring the bell and everything else reinforcing the magic of an achievement, which for many it is a dream. Finally, I leave here my admiration for the work performed and my sincere thanks!
