★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui minha indignação com o atendimento do setor de vacinas, um verdadeiro descaso.
Tenho dois filho 1 de 2 anos e 1 de 3 meses, nunca sou atendida quando vou lá, já foram 1,2,3,4,5 vezes e até mais, quando chego lá os motivos são os mais variados, já voltei pra casa pq tinham higienizado a sala. Sei que existem protocolos a serem seguidos , mas a desinformação é gritante.
Não há uma calendário, não há um telefone que possamos ligar antes de sair de casa , em fim , é nítido a falta de empatia e vontade de atender ao paciente.

I have two children, 1 2 years old and 1 3 months old, I am never seen when I go there, it has been 1,2,3,4,5 times and even more, when I get there the reasons are the most varied, I have already returned home because they had sanitized the room. I know there are protocols to be followed, but the misinformation is blatant.
There is no calendar, there is no phone we can call before leaving home, in the end, there is a clear lack of empathy and willingness to attend to the patient.
