★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terça feira, 24/08/2021 liguei no psf do Santa Angela para agendar uma consulta e fui informada de que os atendimentos estavam sendo realizados nas segundas, terças, quartas e sextas 08:00 e 13:00. Faltei ao serviço na sexta feira a tarde para passar com a médica, e ao chegar no psf fui informada pela funcionária Jaque de que nesse período os atendimentos eram só para crianças. Com muito custo e ao informar da minha hemorragia a médica me atendeu. Solicitei atendimento para minha cunhada, qual eu possuo a curatela e a médica disse que era pra eu ligar que assim que ela tivesse atendido as crianças ela atenderia minha cunhada. Liguei por volta de 15:00, informei o que a médica tinha dito e a secretária mandou eu descer. Ao chegar lá, fui informada pela funcionária Jaque que a médica médica atenderia minha cunhada, solicitei atendimento ao meu filho(2 anos) que esta com uma alergia na região genital. A mesma funcionária disse que a médica não iria atender pois atendimento a crianças era só com hora marcada. Só pra ressaltar que não havia mais ninguém para a médica atender e não era nem 15:30 quando saí de lá sem atendimento para meu filho e cunhada, além de ter perdido a tarde de serviço.
Tuesday, 8/24/2021 I called Santa Angela's psf to schedule an appointment and was informed that the appointments were being carried out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. I missed the service on Friday afternoon to see the doctor, and when I arrived at the psf, I was informed by the employee Jaque that during this period the appointments were only for children. With great cost and when informing of my hemorrhage, the doctor attended me. I requested care for my sister-in-law, who I have the curatorship and the doctor said that I should call that as soon as she had seen the children, she would see my sister-in-law. I called around 3:00 pm, informed me what the doctor had said and the secretary told me to come down. Upon arriving there, I was informed by the employee Jaque that the medical doctor would attend to my sister-in-law, I requested care for my son (2 years old) who has an allergy in the genital region. The same employee said that the doctor would not attend because child care was only by appointment. Just to point out that there was no one else for the doctor to see and it wasn't even 3:30 pm when I left there without care for my son and sister-in-law, in addition to having missed the afternoon of service.
