★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei horário com a profissional, na primeira consulta, ela faltou e não avisou. Ok. Fui embora e deixei marcado pro mesmo horário na semana seguinte. Fui na semana seguinte e ela marcou outra pessoa no mesmo horário que eu…. Eu cheguei primeiro que a outra paciente e chamaram ela antes de mim. A recepcionista pediu pra eu aguardar que ela me atenderia depois… mas enquanto isso, eu ficaria pagando pela zona azul pra deixar meu carro estacionado. Fui embora.
Muuuuita falta de profissionalismo, um desrespeito com o paciente. Não volto mais.
 I made an appointment with the professional, at the first appointment, she was absent and did not notify me. Okay. I left and left it at the same time the following week. The receptionist asked me to wait and she would see me later… but in the meantime, I would be paying for the blue zone to leave my car parked. I left.
Soooo lack of professionalism, disrespect for the patient. I'm not coming back.
