Só tenho a agradecer o bem que ele tem me feito, e como as técnicas de controle de uma crise de ansiedade tem dado certo e não tenho mais passado por isso, recomendo com toda certeza!

Ele é acolhedor e nos deixa muito a vontade. Aprendi com ele em um ano muito mais do que aprendi em 10 anos em outras formas/ linhas de terapia. Ha anos eu não era mais 100% eu mesma. Best psychologist I ever met. A differentiated and very effective approach for me, it was the line that I adapted the most and that brought me real results. He is welcoming and makes us very comfortable. I learned from him in a year much more than I learned in 10 years in other forms/lines of therapy. Years ago I was no longer 100% myself. Anxiety had taken hold of me in a way that I thought I would never be like I was before. Fernando not only helped me to be like before, he helped me to be even better. É um excelente Psicólogo, um ser humano incrível, atencioso, empático, congluente, de uma sensibilidade admirável e apaixonado pela profissão. Seu método é extremamente eficaz. Estou aprendendo muito, me conhecendo e me redescobrindo de uma forma jamais imaginada. Sou feliz e super grata por tudo e por estar comigo no meu crescimento e desenvolvimento pessoal. It's my 3rd experience with therapy and look, nothing compares, see?! I was surprised!!! I met Fernando in 2020 through Instagram, I started therapy and in a few months I learned how to control anxiety and panic attacks. He is an excellent Psychologist, an incredible human being, attentive, empathetic, confluent, with an admirable sensitivity and passionate about the profession. Your method is extremely effective. I'm learning a lot, getting to know myself and rediscovering myself in a way never imagined. I am happy and super grateful for everything and for being with me in my personal growth and development. I can say that Fernando is an Angel of God who parachuted onto my Insta rs, a real difference in my life. For me it's the best! I just have to thank you!!! ????
