Me passaram pacote com 8 consultas valor 1.600 liguei para falar do valor se iria baixar já que a mesma havia dito que baixaria, e a mesma disse que não , não abaixaria não teria como.
Mudei meu ZAP, e marquei com eles na verdade eu pensei que estava marcando com outro médico só depois que desliguei o telefone vi o endereço se tratava do mesmo, mas aí a consulta que não sabiam que era eu já era 150,00 e a mesma história que o pacote seria mais em conta.
Mesmo assim estava marcado, quando um dia antes me falam que iriam desmarcar para dr iria viajar, disse que meu marido estava voltando de viagem por conta da consulta e a mesma fala que não poderia fazer nada eu então falei que realmente , mas era eu quem iria ouvir do meu marido até....
Ai ela Graziela atendente esposa do dr me bloqueou no WhatsAp simplesmente falta de profissionalismo, ainda mais na área que trabalha que se trata de vários tipos de comportamentos seres humanos.
