★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei aguardando contato para consulta online por 40 minutos, quando só então o médico enviou mensagem dizendo que me ligaria em 20 minutos, totalizando, portanto, 1 hora de atraso e, consequentemente, inviabilizando a consulta. Acho muita falta de respeito com o paciente, pois ninguém procura atendimento médico por lazer ou diversão. A alegação é que o atraso se deveu ao fato de pacientes anteriores serem de primeira consulta. Mas essa justificativa não se sustenta, pois a organização da agenda e seus respectivos horários já deveria ser feita considerando as características dos pacientes a serem atendidos.
I was waiting for contact for online consultation for 40 minutes, when only then the doctor sent a message saying that he would call me in 20 minutes, thus totaling 1 hour late and, consequently, making the consultation unfeasible. I find it very disrespectful to the patient, because no one seeks medical attention for leisure or fun. The claim is that the delay was due to the fact that previous patients were first seen. But this justification is not supported, since the organization of the agenda and their respective schedules should already be done considering the characteristics of the patients to be attended.
