★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente já foi bom esse lugar, agora vive lotado, sem satisfação e preocupação com pacientes,médicos andando com copinho de café na recepção ,a recepção e triagem até que anda rápido mas quando chegar no atendimento médico só pela misericórdia..
 Unfortunately, this place used to be good, now it's crowded, without satisfaction and concern for patients, doctors walking with a cup of coffee at the reception, the reception and sorting even goes fast but when you get to the medical care just for mercy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência decepcionante,cheguei ao pronto socorro passando mal, pressão baixa, triagem e recepção até foram rápido ,porém me informaram que o atendimento aconteceria no tempo de seis horas,cheguei às 16:20 já eram 17:30 e o painel de atendimento aos consultórios nada de se mover,somente um clínico,um pediatra, resultado?tive que ir a outro pronto socorro, lamentável,triste pelas pessoas que estavam lá desde as 9 da manhã.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento desde a recepção até a saída... Espera de horas... Médicos não olham nem na cara dos pacientes... Passeiam o dia inteiro pelo PS e ficam no celular enquanto os pacientes mofam na recepção... Médicos PJ contratados totalmente despreparados... Um açougue atende melhor que esse PS... A população já está cansada de ser maltratada, surrada e humilhada neste lugar. Você verifica nas listas nas paredes nomes de médicos de plantão quando você chega eles não estão... Cirurgião nunca tem, ortopedista nunca tem... Mas o nome consta na lista... Clínicos chegam atrasados e para eles é absolutamente normal... Péssimo lugar, péssima administração, péssima gestão.
Terrible service from reception to check-out... Waiting for hours... Doctors don't even look at patients' faces... They walk around the ER all day and stay on their cell phones while patients moan at the reception... Contracted PJ doctors totally unprepared... A butcher shop serves better than this PS... The population is already tired of being mistreated, beaten and humiliated in this place. You check the lists on the walls for the names of doctors on duty when you arrive they are not there... Surgeons never have them, orthopedists never have them... But the name is on the list... Clinicians arrive late and for them it is absolutely normal.. Bad place, bad administration, bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, desde a recepção até os médicos. Meu pai foi muito bem acolhido, apesar de ser Sus e administrado pelo governo, meu pai teve todo suporte até ser transferido. Local organizado, com itens básicos como copos e papéis. Que o governo possa olhar melhor para esses hospitais e que os funcionários continuem fazendo o seu melhor.
Great service, from reception to doctors. My father was very well received, despite being Sus and administered by the government, my father had all the support until he was transferred. Organized place, with basic items such as cups and papers. May the government take a better look at these hospitals and may the staff continue to do their best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo lugar mantido e administrado por governo e prefeitura é precário e está abandonado a própria sorte !!! Os funcionários e os poucos médicos e equipe fazem o que podem com o pouco ou quase nenhum recurso !!! Estão lá por comprometimento e amor a profissão !!! Muitas vezes são hostilizados e mal compreendidos !!! Realmente fazem o que podem más como sempre é muito pouco visto as dificuldades citadas !!! E quem sofre é o povo que não tem outra alternativa !!!
Like every place maintained and managed by the government and the prefecture is precarious and is abandoned to its own luck!!! The staff and the few doctors and staff do what they can with little or no resources !!! They are there for commitment and love of the profession!!! They are often harassed and misunderstood!!! They really do what they can, but as always, the difficulties mentioned are rarely seen !!! And who suffers is the people who have no other alternative!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei no hospital as 10h40 com a minha mãe com crise de respiratória aguda onde ela ficou minutos com pouco ar que conseguia respirar, com isso foi feito a triagem, o atendimento, depois da checagem do médico foi feita distribuição para o setor de coleta, raio x e teste de covid, onde erraram 4 vezes o local de ficha dela onde instruíram incorretamente fazendo ela passar 7h em um hospital e agora estou tentando ter acesso ao exame para ter retorno, onde a senha não funciona, o laboratório não atende, um número do hospital fiz 31 ligações e deram todas ocupadas e outro número liguei e agora estou a 15 minutos sem nenhuma resposta, no momento nenhuma medicação que possa ajudar em meio a tantas crises que estão tendo até o horário de voltar
I entered the hospital at 10:40 am with my mother with an acute respiratory crisis, where she stayed for minutes with little air she could breathe, with that, the triage, the care, after the doctor's check, distribution was made to the collection sector, radius x and covid test, where they missed her file location 4 times where they were incorrectly instructed making her spend 7 hours in a hospital and now I'm trying to access the exam to get a return, where the password doesn't work, the laboratory doesn't answer, a number of the hospital I made 31 calls and they were all busy and another number I called and now I'm 15 minutes away with no answer, at the moment no medication that can help amid so many crises they are having until it's time to return
