★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um atendimento para dia 05/05/2021, depois recebi uma ligação na qual havia sido alterada a data para dia 06/05 . fui anexar os documentos no link que foi enviado e apareceu uma mensagem que eu havia desistido do atendimento . Fiquei sem entender. e desde o dia 06 que fui anexar os docs e não consegui estou tentando por telefone, mas infelizmente não atendem e quando atendem, chama, chama até cair a ligação. muito chato isso.
I scheduled an appointment for 05/05/2021, then I received a call in which the date had been changed to 05/06/2021. I went to attach the documents to the link that was sent and a message appeared that I had given up on the service. I didn't understand. and since the 06th that I went to attach the docs and I couldn't, I'm trying by phone, but unfortunately they don't answer and when they answer, call, call until the call drops. very annoying this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! não atendem nenhum dos telefones informados para contato, já deveriam ter voltando ao funcionamento normal como a DPU já voltou, ou pelo menos que tivesse um telefone de contato que alguém atendesse ou whatsapp para dúvidas! total descaso com a população!!!
Terrible attendance! they do not answer any of the telephones informed for contact, they should have returned to normal operation as the DPU has already returned, or at least if they had a contact telephone that someone could answer or whatsapp for questions! total disregard for the population!!!

No horário entrei com o link,fui direcionado ao chat,porém não liberou a conversa. Não pude falar com ninguém, tentei contato via telefone ninguém atende, infelizmente não tive atendimento depois de,por esse atendimento esperar por mais de 03 meses .
É triste ,mas é a verdade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para agendamento presencial através do 0800 é quase impossível a gente conseguir, sequer é o descaso da mesma.
Fazem de tudo pra gente desistir , tem que ser muito persistente e ter paciência. E mesmo assim a atendente foi ríspida comigo. Na segunda fez que estive lá , fui muito bem atendida, um tratamento humano desde o segurança, a moça do café, estagiária e assistente social. Nota 10, no segundo atendimento porque no primeiro foi péssimo por parte de uma moça que no momento da entrevista fui tratada com descaso.
