Por anos os boletos das taxas de condomĂnio foram gerados sob o meu CPF, o que me possibilitava deixar em dĂ©bito automĂĄtico via DDA.
De repente em Maio, eles começaram a gerar os boletos no CPF da proprietåria do apartamento em que sou inquilino, sem nenhum prévio aviso.
Isso fez com que o pagamento nĂŁo fosse realizado e atrasou, gerando multa.
Ao questionar, eles informam que o sistema deles por regra gera o boleto no nome do proprietĂĄrio. Se esse Ă© o caso, por que por anos foi gerado no meu nome e de repente mudou? AlĂ©m de mudar sem prĂ©vio aviso, me tiram a conveniĂȘncia de deixar esse pagamento em debito automĂĄtico e nĂŁo conseguem explicar o por que antes funcionava corretamente.

For years, condominium fee slips were generated under my CPF, which allowed me to automatically debit via DDA.
Suddenly, in May, they started generating the payment slips in the CPF of the owner of the apartment in which I am a tenant, without any prior notice.
This meant that the payment was not made and was delayed, generating a fine.
Upon questioning, they inform that their system by rule generates the slip in the owner's name. If that's the case, why for years was it spawned in my name and suddenly changed? In addition to changing without prior notice, they take away the convenience of leaving this payment in automatic debit and they cannot explain why it worked correctly before.

O pior foi falar com um tal (NOME EDITADO PARA NĂO GERAR PROCESSO) achando que poderia coagir falando que estĂĄ fazendo direito kkkk, arrogante ao extremo!
