Fui bem atendida desde quando fui apenas ver o que precisava, bem atendida quando comprei e melhor ainda quando tive um problema com um dos produtos que adquiri. Sem palavras para o pós venda de vcs !!!! Trabalho com público e tiro o chapéu para o atendimento !!!! Deus continue abençoando o trabalho de vcs e prospere caaa vez mais !!!!????????????
I would like to register the wonderful service I had at the store at Shopping Moóca, by the manager Amanda. I have been well attended since when I went just to see what I needed, well attended when I bought and even better when I had a problem with one of the products I purchased. No words for the after sales guys !!!! I work with the public and take my hat off to the service !!!! God keep blessing your work and prosper caaa time again !!!! ????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma sapatilha para fzr Pilates. Usei apenas uma única vez e coloquei na máquina de lavar. Com apenas uma única lavagem a fita q fica no peito do pé já ficou toda detonada. O produto de vcs não é barato pra já apresentar esse tipo de defeito no primeiro uso. Comprei o produto de vcs em busca de qualidade e me decepcionei logo de cara. Lamentável.
I bought a sneaker to do Pilates. I only used it once and put it in the washing machine. With just a single wash, the tape q is on the instep has been completely detonated. Your product is not cheap to present this type of defect in the first use. I bought the product from you guys looking for quality and I was disappointed right away. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vendedora grosseira, visivelmente irritada quando eu percebi que o produto que escolhi na minha troca era de uma valor extremamente superior ( minha peça era 89,90, me ofereceram camisola por 179,90) e decidi trocar por outro produto compatível com o valor da minha peça. Questionou se eu não iria mais ficar com a camisola e quando eu disse que não porque era mais cara ela ainda respondeu bem ríspida que a minha peça era mais barata, como se eu estivesse querendo levar vantagem, e quando foi questionada sobre isso ainda respondeu "Entenda como quiser". Uma loja de nome como a Puket ter esse tipo de atendimento ( primeiro equivocado em não avisar o cliente que a peça oferecida pra troca era de valor superior e segundo achar ruim que o cliente não quer comprar um produto, desde quando temos obrigação de levar uma peça? Desde quando o cliente não pode mais optar e decidir sobre sua compra? Além da grosseria , usou de ironia, além de errada ainda quis ter razão com arrogância e prepotência. Puket Mooca nunca mais!
