★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica sem um pingo de consideração a pessoa, minha filha de 3 anos tinha uma consulta para as 11:20 da manhã e já está com 1:20 horas de espera , horrível com pontualidade, deveriam ligar para os pacientes e remarcar em vez de fazer esperar por mais de uma hora, não indico a ninguém

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mae de 64 anos que está doente para uma consulta particular com o Dr Paulo Sergio no horário marcado e a atendente ainda teve coragem de dizer que só tinham 8 pessoas na frente. Se é marcado e não vai da tempo, porque não avisa ou liga pra reagendar. Faz a pessoa sair de casa pra ter que esperar várias horas feito palhaço?
I took my 64-year-old mother, who is sick, to a private consultation with Dr Paulo Sergio at the appointment and the attendant even had the courage to say that there were only 8 people in the front. If it's scheduled and there's no time, why not warn or call to reschedule. Does it make the person leave the house to have to wait several hours like a clown?
