★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cardiologista Dr.Fabricio é um excelente profissional, ao contrário do que ocorre em muitos consultórios, tem o costume de tratar os pacientes sempre com muito zelo médico e atenção, não apenas observando o lado clínico mas também o lado emocional do paciente.
Por isso, algumas pessoas podem reclamar do atraso no atendimento, mas com certeza se esquecem ao serem atendidas com o mesmo zelo que o paciente anterior.
Para quem precisa de um cardiologista é uma excelente opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica trata o paciente como otário! Hoje, levei minha namorada que estava com exame marcado às 9 h com o cardiologista Fabrício. Com toda demora pra fazer o cadastro pra entrar no prédio (fila enorme e um atendente só), ainda conseguimos entrar na clínica aproximadamente 9:03, convenhamos que nem pode ser considerado atraso. Mas a correria não adiantou!
O paciente com horário marcado antes da minha namorada nem tinha sido atendido ainda. Haja paciência! Por volta das 10 h, ou seja, já com uma hora de atraso no atendimento, quando achamos que ela finalmente seria atendida, o médico avisou que iria atender a paciente que chegou DEPOIS. Acredite!
E ainda usou um argumento fajuto. Ele disse que, como minha namorada tinha chegado com alguns minutinhos de "atraso" (3 minutos), ela perdeu a vez pra paciente que estava com horário marcado pra meia-hora depois e que tinha chegado na clínica muito depois da gente. Que falta de coerência!
Não sei qual a relação deste médico com a paciente que teve preferência, mas soou muito estranha esta vantagem dada a ela. E, acima de tudo, foi uma falta de respeito com quem já estava há uma hora tomando chá de cadeira. Absurdo também um médico tentar jogar a culpa do atraso dele em cima da paciente que fez sacrifício pra estar ali no horário.
Curioso que, antes deste stress, minha namorada, que é funcionária de um plano de saúde, até comentou comigo que já tinha visto vários clientes reclamando dos atrasos deste cardiologista. Enfim, a vítima agora foi ela, que saiu da clínica sem ser atendida porque, como qualquer trabalhador, tem compromissos e precisou ir embora.

The patient with an appointment before my girlfriend hadn't even been seen yet. Be patient! At around 10 am, that is, with an hour of delay in attendance, when we thought she would finally be seen, the doctor warned that she would see a patient who arrived AFTER. Believe!
And he still used a shameful argument. He said that, as my girlfriend had arrived with a few minutes of "delay" (3 minutes), she missed the turn for the patient who was scheduled for half an hour later and who had arrived at the clinic long after us. What a lack of consistency!
I don't know what the relationship was between this doctor and the patient he had the preference for, but this advantage given to her sounded very strange. And, above all, it was a lack of respect for those who had been drinking tea by the chair for an hour. Absurd also for a doctor to try to blame his delay on the patient who made a sacrifice to be there on time.
Curious that, before this stress, my girlfriend, who is a health plan employee, even commented to me that I had already seen several clients complaining about this cardiologist's delays. Anyway, the victim now was she, who left the clinic without being seen because, like any worker, she has commitments and had to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio das redes sociais deixar a minha indignação da Clinica Pulsar, localizada na Av. Tancredo Neves, Salvador Prime em Salvador-Ba. A recepcionista a sra. Rosilane é muito grosseira e despreparada para o atendimento interpessoal. Marquei um exame Mapa de monitoramento e chegando no dia 11.10.2021, para os meus pais que são idosos e cardiopatas. Saímos de um outro município para a realização desse exame, chegando na clínica a recepcionista nos falou que não tinha nenhum aparelho disponível. Nem tomou nenhuma providência de emergência. A solução seria um tal aparelho q um cliente iria trazer. Quando o cliente chegou foi logo falando q o aparelho parou de funcionar duas vezes e que estava insatisfeito. Qndo eu ouvi isso imediatamente desistir de fazer os exames de meus pais. Lidar com a saúde é algo sério e sensível é preciso ter muita responsabilidade. Não indico essa clínica para ninguém. Super desorganizada e sem estrutura. Não vou confiar no resultado desse lugar. Serve de Alerta para todos nós.

When I heard this I immediately gave up on taking my parents' exams. Dealing with health is something serious and sensitive, it takes a lot of responsibility. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone. Super disorganized and without structure. I won't trust the result of this place. It serves as an alert to all of us.
