★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem uma política que zela pelo aprendizado, os educadores são atencioso acompanham com precisão e para quem é sedentário e tem pouca flexibilidade, lá tem turma para iniciantes, eles disciplina você para evolução das tarefas isto é importante porque a atividade em si desafia você a conhecer seu corpo e suas limitações, não creme rotina, não conhecia os treinos e tinha receio mas é motivador e intenso, e o ambiente deixa você confortável espaço simples e suficiente.
The academy has a policy that ensures learning, the educators are attentive, they follow with precision and for those who are sedentary and have little flexibility, there are classes for beginners, they discipline you for the evolution of tasks, this is important because the activity itself challenges you getting to know your body and its limitations, not routine cream, did not know the training and was afraid but it is motivating and intense, and the environment makes you comfortable, simple and sufficient space.
