 Excellent corporate condominium, with modern facilities, privileged location, ample parking and excellent infrastructure, both for visitors and residents, with a leisure area that even includes a swimming pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio comercial bom e de fácil acesso. Porém, o serviço deixa a desejar. São filas longas na recepção, com dois funcionários que facilmente se destraem pela conversa paralela entre o segurança e o bombeiro. Além disso, há filas nos elevadores também. São pelo menos 5 cabines que demoram muito entre os andares, formando filas no saguão e gerando atraso nos clientes. O sistema de catracas é um bom método para o controle de quem está presente no prédio.
Good commercial building and easy access. However, the service leaves something to be desired. There are long lines at the reception, with two employees who are easily distracted by the parallel conversation between the security guard and the firefighter. Also, there are queues at the elevators too. There are at least 5 cabins that take a long time between floors, forming lines in the lobby and delaying customers. The turnstile system is a good method for controlling who is present in the building.
