★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra ficou estressada tremendo, e coltou com carrapatos, minha cachorra é de apartamento nunca teve carrapatos e nem pulgas.. fui reclamar ainda me bloqueou do whats. Nunca mais levo minha cachorra num lugar desses, veterinário é ótimo, mais o banho e tosa não recomendo.
 My dog got stressed shaking, and collided with ticks, my dog is flat has never had ticks or fleas .. I was complain yet blocked me from whats. I will never take my dog in such a place again, vet is great, but the bath and grooming I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto de deixar avaliações ruins porque tenho a esperança de que o local possa melhorar ou que eu apenas tenho pego um dia ruim do atendente. Mas esse pet shop é todo estranho. As coisas não tem preço, perguntei pra um funcionário e ele ficou irritado, não sabia o preço e teve que ir até outra pessoa perguntar, voltou emburrado. Eu queria comparar o preço com outros produtos e ele ficou parado do meu lado impaciente sendo que a loja não estava nem perto do horário de fechar. Os preços são altos mesmo sendo pet shop de bairro, o local é escuro, amontoado, poucas opções de marcas e a higiene não me passa segurança. Comprei um osso e veio cheio de larvas vivas e mortas, nojento demais. Atendimento ruim, local ruim. Se você quer algo seguro pro seu pet leve em outro lugar, procure outro petshop.
I don't like to leave bad reviews because I hope that the place will improve or that I just got a bad day from the attendant. But this pet shop is all weird. Things are priceless, I asked an employee and he was angry, he didn't know the price and had to go to someone else to ask, he returned sulking. I wanted to compare the price with other products and he stood beside me impatiently as the store was nowhere near closing time. Prices are high even though it is a neighborhood pet shop, the place is dark, crowded, few brand options and hygiene is not safe for me. I bought a bone and it came full of live and dead larvae, too disgusting. Bad service, bad location. If you want something safe for your pet to take somewhere else, look for another petshop.
