Precisava saber se havia um produto que tinha interesse em estoque e a atendente pediu para ligar depois porque a loja estava cheia. Já erraram em não limitar a quantidade de pessoas na loja em tempos de pandemia! Usou um tom de voz inadequado para quem atende ao público.
